Drop Editor is the free design and presentation app from ChurchMediaDrop. Build slides, lyrics and graphics, run Sunday from one console, and send it all to projectors, phones, social and print.

Design
A real design canvas, built for church
Layers, masks, gradients and effects, the way Canva and Photoshop do it, with every slide tied to your theme.
Stack several fills on one line of text or one shape
Change one color or font in your brand, and every slide follows
Pull a brand kit from your logo or your website
Open and save Photoshop files, layers intact
Background removal and smart select
Animate type by character, word or line

Edit
Songs, scripture and sermon notes
Write the words once. Drop builds the slides and rebuilds them when the theme, key or lines per slide change.
Chord charts with transpose, capo sheets and Nashville numbers, nothing extra to buy
Scripture in five translations, ESV included; long passages flow across slides
Highlight sermon notes and they become slides
Planning Center both ways: import the plan, edit it, save it back
One calendar for Planning Center, Google and your own events

Control
Run the room from one console
Lay out your own control surface and drive ProPresenter, FreeShow, LiveScreens and your gear from one place.
Presets for ProPresenter, OBS, ATEM and Planning Center Live
Stream Deck and Bitfocus Companion, MIDI triggers and macros
Stage screens designed like any slide, with chords, clock and next-up
Countdowns, timers and a second operator with chat

Share
One show, every screen
The same design reaches the projector, the stream, every phone in the room, your social feed and the bulletin.
Projectors, NDI, SDI key and fill, virtual camera, recording and RTMP streaming
LiveScreens puts polls, games, Q&A and translated slides on every phone
Export native ProPresenter files, PowerPoint, images, PDF, SVG and video
Hand a whole series to another church as one .dropproject file

Where Drop leads
What you won't find in other presenters
One show, every screen
Projectors, stage screens, NDI, SDI key and fill, a virtual camera, recording, RTMP streaming, attendee phones and browsers, and paired Apple TVs all run from the same show. ProPresenter stops at the booth outputs; LiveScreens reaches every device in the room.
The congregation is part of the screen
Polls, trivia, eight crowd games, chat, reactions and moderated Q&A, joined from phones and shown on the big screen, inside the same service as the lyrics and sermon slides. No worship presenter does this; Canva Live and Mentimeter do a slice of it in a separate tool.
Planning Center both ways
Drop edits the plan and saves it back: add, rename, reorder and remove items, plus chord chart, key and arrangement changes. It can also drive Planning Center Live from the show. Every other presenter only reads the plan.
Chord charts with nothing extra to buy
A ChordPro editor with chords anchored to words, transpose per song or per playlist item, capo PDFs in up to five play-in keys, and chords on stage screens and phones. ProPresenter charges $120/yr for the MultiTracks add-on to transpose and capo.
Media included, not on another invoice
ChurchMediaDrop packs come with the subscription and install from inside the app, next to Unsplash, Pexels and Giphy search. ProPresenter, Proclaim, EasyWorship and MediaShout sell their media as a separate tier, from $199 to about $863 a year.
A design tool that speaks ProPresenter
Drop writes native .pro and .probundle files offline. A church keeps ProPresenter for Sunday and stops rebuilding slides by hand.
We'd rather tell you now than have you find out on a Sunday.
SongSelect and CCLI reporting
ProPresenter, Proclaim, EasyWorship and MediaShout search SongSelect and report song usage to CCLI automatically. Drop prints your CCLI license number on song credits today; SongSelect search and reporting are next.
Bible translations
Other presenters ship 40 to 200+ translations, and Proclaim and MediaShout include the NIV. Drop ships five: ESV, KJV, WEB, ASV and BSB.
Live captions
FreeShow transcribes and translates speech live in a browser, and ProPresenter churches add paid caption services. Drop translates planned slides, not live speech.
Editing together in real time
Canva, Figma and Proclaim let a team edit the same file at once. Drop has this built and is switching it on.
Windows and Linux
Drop runs on Mac today. Windows and Linux builds are coming, and recording, streaming and the virtual camera are Mac-only for now.
Lighting
ProPresenter sends DMX lighting cues. Drop reaches lighting through MIDI or Companion.

Drop Editor is free, with every screen and every output. Live outputs carry a small "Drop Editor Preview" mark until you join; a membership removes it and adds new media every month.
