Submission Guide

Welcome to the Submission Guide

Following this guide will make submitting easier and to ensure a quality browsing experience for the end user. Much of this is common sense, but just incase we listed out all the details!

NOTE: All media must meet the Media Design & Quality Standards.

In the post description please include:

  • Overview about how this was originally used (series overview, game details, event overview, original intent)
  • List of all files included in zipped folders.
  • List any fonts used (I will link them up to the original creator or site)
  • List software or plugins that are required

Please make sure you have proper copyrights to give the content away. This means:

  • Do not include any fonts in the artwork package
  • Do not include any layers in a PSD that were purchased and could be used in another project (merge them with other layers so the original is not available anymore)
  • You can include audio in videos that you purchased if the end users agreements allow for this kind of giveaway. We highly recommend SoundStripe.com and if you use promo: CHURCHMEDIADROP to will save 10%.
