Hi, I would like to know if there is an easier way to export only one template at a time instead of having to deselect all the many many other templates. (shortcut to select all or deselect all?)

    🙂

    Hi,

On the back of the above, is there a way to apply a template to all items in the library at once?

    Thanks in advance!
    Jon.

Yes! Select all the items in your library then click on the template you want and it will warn you that you are about to apply to all items, click yes and you template will be applied to every document in the library!

I know this is an old comment, but I have a question regarding this. With our set up, we have one template for the title of the our songs, and another for the lyrics. We also have different templates/fonts for our live vis our stream. How do we make it so that all of the songs automatically have the right template applied? Currently, I set everything up on one computer, applying the correct templates to everything, but when I sync it up and then down to another computer, the templates do not stay. Please help.

    Hi,

At our church we use ProPresenter 5 and we are planning to upgrade to 6 pretty soon. I love all the capabilities that ProPresenter offers, but I have one question:
We are a Dutch church and we have lyrics on the screen both in English and in Dutch. Currently, we are redesigning our slides for them to look more modern. For the lyrics we want to use one line in Dutch and one line in English with a maximum of two lines per language per slide. We have applied a different text format to the translation (a little bit smaller and some more spacing underneath it). We would like to save this text formatting to be able to apply this to all slides, since doing it manually is a lot of work… Is there a way I can save different text formatting styles into a template within a single text field?

    Thanks in advance.
    Matthias

Is there a way to rename a template group?

    • Brad Zimmerman on February 14, 2018 at 2:39 pm

I don’t think so, you can create a new group and copy slides into that new group.

Seems like a weird feature to be missing…especially since copy paste in Windows doesn’t work properly in PP6 (then again..nothing works very well in Windows version)

I dragged some new slides into an existing set. No I want to update the new slides to the template of the other slides. How can I know what template is assigned to an existing group of slides? How can I tell what font/point the existing slides have?

    • Brad Zimmerman on April 4, 2018 at 9:14 am

Select all slides you want the template applied to and then you can right click and find templates and pick the template you want applied.

Can you customize the “default template”?

    • Brad Zimmerman on April 9, 2019 at 9:22 am

No you cannot, I would suggest creating a new template group with your own default inside. ProPresenter defaults to using that last selected template, so once you start using your newly created default it will be used each time you create a document.

Hello, I’m trying to make a template that is see though part of the way. In the editor it looks right but when I load it up the text looks like it’s on top. Is there a setting or something to change this?
