how do you make these. I am trying to do new things for our church and interested in finding out how to do this through PowerPoint. we have a media song player plus at our church but right now it does not work. is there anything free I can download on my computer and share it on our church’s computer?

I basically used a mask, and used the positioning of the text to pass through the mask. That added with motion blur made it look like it was spining.
